For dipping your much needed veggies, Lisa shared this dip that gives a boost of flavor without a boost of fat!
*1 can drained rinsed chick peas
*About 1/4 – 1/3 cup water added in small batches (be cautious not to overdo the water)
*Juice and zest of half a lemon (for zesting, use organic lemons)
*1/4 tsp cumin
*Salt and pepper to taste
Blend, adding water slowly until desired thickness and texture is achieved. Top with smoked paprika for additional flare!
