2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla
1/8 cup fresh squeezed orange juice + 2 extra tablespoons (divided)
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon rice milk
3 slices of sprouted grain bread
1 cup berries of choice
Put egg whites, vanilla, only 1/8 cup of the orange juice, cinnamon and rice milk in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Add bread to bowl one at a time and coat well. Add bread to a nonstick pan, heated over medium. Turn when browned.
In a separate pan, add berries, 1/2 scoop of stevia (optional) and 2 tablespoons of orange juice (omit orange juice for Friday and Saturday of reboot). Heat on low. When toast is complete and “syrup” is warm, serve 1 slice (or 2 if “thin slice” bread is used) and enjoy! Save the remainder for snacks or breakfast.
