A delicious topping for fish,
whether fresh off the grill or in tacos the next day!
2 Tablespoons of avocado mayo (organic or gmo-free)
1 Tablespoon of fresh dill, minced, loosely packed (or 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed)
1/2 teaspoon of capers with juice
1/2 teaspoon of caper juice
Mix all ingredients in small bowl, smashing the capers in the process to release the full flavor.
Serve on fish, grilled or pan fried for tacos
